Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Brimland gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.
Starting a return
Email us at contact@brimlandco.com, or use the Contact page on our site, to request a return. We'll review it and send you a return authorization with instructions before you ship anything back.
Return window
You have 20 days from your delivery date to request a return or exchange. Once 20 days have passed, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Condition requirements
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A partial refund may be granted — or a return declined — for items that:
- are returned more than 20 days after delivery, or
- arrive used, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm it arrived and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, we'll credit your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to post.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund hasn't arrived yet:
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your card issuer — refunds can take a few days to post.
- Contact your bank, as there's often additional processing time.
If you've done all of that and still don't see it, email contact@brimlandco.com and we'll help.
Return shipping
You're responsible for your own return shipping costs, and those costs are non-refundable. Delivery times for exchanges vary by location. For any item over $100, we recommend a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance — we can't guarantee we'll receive returns that aren't tracked.
